„SOFIA, share your books with SOFIA“

On September 17th from 8:00 to 22:00 in front of the National Theatre „Ivan Vazov“ all women with the name Sofia and everyone celebrating on this day, are invited to donate a book to the city of Sofia. We encourage you to write e short personal message in it. Anyone who donated a book will receive a flower to plant so that we can make our city greener and more colourful.

All books with personal messages will collected into a mobile library „Share Sofia“, which will be presented at key locations and unconventional places in Sofia and other cities. „Shared book – shared wisdom“ is Initiative of Sofia Municipality and the Association for the Development of Sofia in support of the candidature of Sofia and the South-Western region for European capital of culture in 2019 with the media support of the Bulgarian National Television, newspaper „Trud“ newspaper and „24 hours.“
